These costs apply when your claim is in relation to an unpaid invoice which is not disputed, and enforcement action is not needed. If the other party dispute your claim at any point, we will discuss any further work required and provide you with revised advice about costs if necessary, which could be on a fixed fee (e.g. if a one-off letter is required), or an hourly rate if more extensive work is needed.

The time it takes to receive your instructions and receive payment from your opponent differs from case to case. On average it usually takes between 1-2 months to successfully recover monies (if the debt is undisputed). If it is necessary to issue a claim, this will invariably cause delay. Also, if enforcement action is needed, the matter will take longer to resolve.
